I am on a roll here...two posts in one day! The second card which I am sharing with you is for the Impression Obsession challenge. The only criteria is that something with wings must be included. I chose a set which I loved when I bought it, but have never inked it up (and I won't tell how long ago that may have been!). It is a set by Alesa Baker called Butterflies (3031-LG). I applied Distress Inks ( to my cardstock before stamping the images with Memento Tuxedo Black. I then colored the butterflies with Copic markers.....RV19, 17, 02 and BG 15, 01, 000. Adding color to images with a base of Distress Ink is a fun, easy way to add color and a technique I have just recently tried and gotten hooked on. The sentiment is also from IO (CL 43 Anytime Sentiments).
Impression Obsession is holding an awesome blog hop this week with the sneak peak of the new stamps being released in connection with CHA. So, hope on over there for some really amazing cards by the design team.
Thanks again for stopping by.
